Daniel Ricciardo In, Narain Karthikeyan Out
Daniel Ricciardo has finally got himself a drive in F1, but in an unlikely place. He will take over the seat in the second HRT, replace Narain Karthikeyan, starting from the British GP. He will drive for Hispania for the remainder of the year, with the exception of the Indian GP, with Narain allowed to race at his home GP. Daniel had looked odds on to replace Jaime Alguersuari at Toro Rosso, bu a couple of good results have made Red Bull look elsewhere, with HRT taking the young Australian instead.

Green Engines Delay
Bosses of F1 have decide to delay the introduction of greener F1 engines for a year. It will now be until 2014 until we see V6 F1 cars. There has also been a slight change in the RPM, with the bosses increasing the maximum revs from 12,000 to 15,000. It is currently 18,000 RPM. The new rules are aimed at increasing fuel efficiency of the cars, without effecting the drama of F1. F1 cars in 2014 should be 35% more fuel efficient, and the power available from KERS will be doubled.
