Heidfeld Out, Senna In
Starting from this weekends Belgium GP, Bruno Senna will take the place of Nick Heidfeld in the Renault team. It is understood that Senna will compete in all of the remaining races. It had been rumoured that Heidfeld was on the way out, and with money being a problem for Renault, another pay-driver could help balance the books. Many will be saddened by this decision, and hope that we do see more of Quick Nick. But also, many fans fealt that Bruno did deserve a second chance in F1, after a season in the underperforming HRT team.
No DRS For Eau Rouge
The FIA have announced that drivers cannot use the Drag Reduction System through the Eau Rougr corners in Spa. In a similar stance to the Monaco Tunnel, the DRS system will be allowed in all other parts of the track, bar the famous 180mph bends. It is no real suprise, as accidents have occured there without any beneficial add-one to the car.
