New Ranking Review

Button Up To Fourth
After a string of impressive results, Jenson Button has taken fourth place in the F1 Rankings. He has overtaken Fernando Alonso, who drops to fifth. This is the highest Jenson has ever been, and it is the lowest Fernando has been for some time. Jenson is also closing in on Hamilton in third. It is unlikely that he takes third before the end of the year, but he will close the gap. Fernando, though, is dropping. He will be hoping for a strong end to 2011, and then carry on that momentum next year. If he does not, the gap will only increase.

Michael Back Into The Top 10
Michael Schumacher has re-entered the Top 10, 2 years after his comeback. There have been many ups and downs through them years, but he has finally made it. The last time he was there was in his Ferrari days, and most seem an age ago to Michael. Schumacher has taken Kubica and Sutil. Adrian, after reaching 9th for the first time last race, had dropped back to 10th.
