Crash Of The Year - Nominations

The Nominations for Crash Of The Year in 2011 are -


Michael Schumacher & Sergio Perez at Singapore GP
While trying to undertake him, Sergio Perez miss times his manoeuvre, and ends up flying over the German at the twisty Marina Bay Circuit.
Lewis Hamilton & Felipe Massa at Monaco GP
This crash lasted several corners. First they touch at the tight Grand Hotel Hairpin. They then go side-by-side through the tunnel, until Massa, on the marbles, loses control of the car and crashes.
Vitaly Petrov at Malasyian GP
Going wide, Petrov goes full pelt to get back on the track. However, he goes too fast, clips the curb, and flies over the track.
Jenson Buton & Lewis Hamilton at Canadian GP
Hamilton tries to take team mate Button down the starting grid, but they get too close to each other and the pit wall. They collide, and an aggravated Button says "What was he doing!"
Sergio Perez at Monaco GP
Coming out of the tunnel during Q3, the Mexican losses control of his Sauber, and heads straight into the tyre barriers.
